- Ad Hoc Purchases: Additional services outside the retainer, billed separately.
Unused time within a retainer must be utilized within six months or is forfeited.

Payments are due at the beginning of each billing period. Initial fees must be paid before services commence.
Late payments may incur a 5% interest charge. We reserve the right to pass unresolved debts to collection agencies.
All fees are exclusive of VAT.
12. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted via email. Contracts have a fixed term with a 90-day notice required for cancellation. A 60-day notice applies for early project termination.
